From my blind smileys to M. S

My smiley is blind,
It can’t see the light,
But still I would say
That it’s quite all right.
Unlike other smiles
(I mean those with eyes),
Mine’s always sincere
And cannot tell lies,
It’s a trustworthy source.
(Sighted smiles can be forced,
Supercilious, ready…
But not mine, of course!)
It’s always apart,
But one fact is hard:
My smiley is blind,
But it’s got a heart.
